Hembrug DR1 Lathe Carriage Guide Blocks

My Hembrug DR1 was missing both of the original carriage guide blocks. I originally made these guides as prototypes intending to make steel items once I was happy with the dimensions but they have worked so well (just over a year in service so far) I haven't replaced them. The RH guide block [036595 - item 32 in the original Hembrug parts diagram] was designed based on dimensions provided to me from an original Hembrug part. The LH guide block [070707 - item 31 in the original Hembrug parts diagram] was made based on the RH item but slightly wider to fit the available space - I did not have the dimensions for the original LH guide but I assume that this one is wider than the original. The original screws that tighten the blocks against the underside of the lathe bed are M8 x 30mm (item M in the original Hembrug parts diagram). The original set-screws that are used to lock the adjusting screws in place are M6 x 20 (item Q in the original Hembrug parts diagram). There is a small 5mm copper disc (item 29 in the Hembrug parts diagram) between the end of the set-screw and the thread of the adjusting screw to prevent damaging this thread. I hand cut/filed these discs from a piece of old copper water pipe (5mm diameter) but a simple 3D printed 5mm disc would probably suffice. .
