Hemera Aluminium adaptor plate, CR-10S Pro

Important Note, Hemera fixing bolts should not protrude past the mating surface more than 3mm (+- 0.2mm) 3mm aluminum adapter plate for E3D Hemera, This plate can be laser cut or done with hand tools. I have included .dxf file with 2 options. Hot end mounting posts will need to be filed down flush with the adapter plate (3mm) Existing wheel bolts can be reused, the inside bottom corner of the heat sink fan needs to be filed to clear the bolt head. After fitting the adapter plate to the stock hot end bracket, a 3mm hole will need to be drilled through the stock bracket for the Hemera’s top left fixing bolt.
