I decided to create a hermera mount with a Volcano hotend for my railcore setup. All components feature inserts designed specifically for M3 inserts with a 5.15mm outer diameter, available on Amazon at https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B077CJV3Z9. If you'd like to modify this design, I'll be happy to share the SolidWorks/STP files. Here's an image illustrating how it should be sliced; however, for optimal results, consider using PETG or PC carbon fiber filament - PLA was used in the screenshot simply as a test fit.
