Hemnes Photon Printer Enclosure

The Ikea Hemnes high cabinet with glass door (product # 30396641) makes a great enclosure for the original Anycubic Photon printer, and printing supplies. You can remove the door hinges from the Photon, and the door will easily lift off when you wish to access the build chamber without having to remove the printer from the cabinet. The cabinet uses a blast gate custom designed to allow a Growneer inline exhaust fan to slip on. I altered the exterior vent cap (Dundas Jafine ProVent 4" White Louvered Exhaust Cap Model Number: LC4WZW Menards® SKU: 6399126) to better fit the small window I installed it in by removing the louvered center, and printing a new frame to mount it in. So I'm including the files to do the same, should anyone else wish to do so. Although there are many other external vent cover options available at your local home center. Also included are a vent cap for when you might wish to remove the hose, and two router templates to cut the holes in the top of the cabinet, and the window. The templates use a 5/16" router guide, and 1/8" up cut spiral router bit. I cut a notch in the two shelves I use in the cabinet to allow power cords to pass through. There is a corner bracket you can use to mount the Photon power brick to the underside of the cabinet. I have yet to print the grill I plan on inserting into the vent hole in the top of the cabinet. But will update when I've done so. I also plan on installing a voltage regulator on the duct fan. It seems to be overkill for the size of the cabinet, as it pulls the heat out of the printer faster than the Photonster's PTC Heater (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3442165) can keep up with. I'm currently compensating by partially closing the blast gate.
