This is a customizable filter I designed for my 3d printer to help with the fumes. There are two versions, one is bigger and designed to use a larger fan. The smaller fan did not seem powerful enough to keep the fumes as low as I would like. The larger version uses a larger fan, two filters (instead of 1) and I put two layers of carbon filter. If you would like to make the filter with the included files, you will need the following materials: M4 Screws : You can get these anywhere. I ended up buying this kit https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07H4MG7TC Hepa Filter: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07YWQK11X (use 1x for small version, 2x for large version) Carbon Filter (optional): https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07PYDT9KR Fan: Small Version: I bought the following one because it is 24v and I can hook it up to my printer's mainboard. https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07MF1VQBH . Large Version: I bought this fan https://www.amazon.com/Cooling-GDSTIME-90mm-25mm-110V/dp/B07H8V18DK . It plugs into the wall. You don't need to do any soldering with it, however I didn't like the connector it came with and chose to solder the wires. I also added some electrical tape around some of the wires for extra protection as I felt they were a bit flimsy for 120v. Construction should be pretty obvious once everything is printed. The Fusion f3d file contains an extra piece that I intended to use to attach the filter to my printer with some glue and v-slot screws ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3050607 ), but in the end I decided to just place the filter on the table.
