Hephestos frame, Z axis adjuster Bottom
thingiverse
I wanted to be able to easily adjust the Z axis geometry by pushing or pulling on the top of the frame. I combined parts from these items to fit my frame, allowing me to push/pull effort without having to drill into the frame: the top part simply clips onto the frame. There are two top parts because I wanted to maximize space between rods, ensuring there would be no interference with the construction plate. The top parts clip onto the frame and slide into extreme positions, locking firmly in place beyond the frame's shape. The bottom part was modified to provide a better pushing surface for the nut and space for a washer on the bottom face.
