Herman Miller Aeron Armrest Guide

This is a replacement Herman Miller Aeron armrest guide/indexer for the earlier model chairs that use a spring. Later on the design was updated to not use a spring. The picture of the black piece is my original broken guide. I designed this piece because I could not find a replacement anywhere. This model is really close and works with sanding but may need to be modified to work directly off the printer. I think the hole is slightly too small and the guide channel is slightly too small. This may however have been a problem with my printer. I've been having some filament issues and my print was pretty rough around the edges as a result. I uploaded the solidworks model if you would like to tweak it yourself. 1-14-2019 EDIT: My printed orange indexers already broke, so I printed a new set and installed them. They fit snugly without issue, so no resizing of the model is necessary.
