While replacing the hydraulic cylinder in my aeron chair, I broke the lever mechanism that is used to depress the button on the cylinder. This design fits the original spring and set screw, and snaps in place just like the original did. My chair can now go up and down again! Print Settings Printer: D-Bot Core XY Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 100 microns Infill: 60% Notes: Printed at high infill to increase the rigidity of the part. It was also printed in eSun's PLA+, which I find is much stronger than regular PLA. How I Designed This Designed with digital calipers and Fusion 360.
