A set of shims to fix loose armrests on herman miller aeron chairs with lever. This is a remix of thing 4658780 by 9Studios, with the only difference being to provide a set of 5 shims at a range of thicknesses (1.7mm, 1.9mm, 2.1mm, 2.3mm, 2.5mm). They are joined together to make it a single piece so as to reduce the cost of printing at a third-party print shop. Find whichever thickness gives you the best grip based on armrest looseness and the material you print with. Cut the connector with flat-edge snips. Can be inserted into armrest with lever open from top or bottom. My armrests are now very stable with the 2.1mm thickness, printed using Black Natural TPE (SLS) from Shapeways.
