<p>This is a replacement part for my chair's cracked lumbar plate. I printed it in a fairly rigid TPU, and it's working nicely so far.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The lofted surface has some pretty complicated curves that get chewed up when exported at low resolution, so there were two options: Simplify the geometry so it was mostly flat and cylindrical faces, or bump up the poly count and make a huge mesh. Soooo… the mesh is hekkin' big.</p>
