A common issue with the Herman Miller Embody is that sometimes, the armrest can become loose due to the ratchet inside the arm slipping off. Pretty annoying for a $1000 chair! If you aren't familiar with the fix, then I suggest watching this video by Core77. It's literally 3 screws and a whack to fix: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9i3Nq-d_w8o My issue though was that this kept happening. So I designed a pretty simple fix. The space fits between the ratchet and the mechanics cover, stopping the ratchet from wiggling free over time. I've not had it fitting for a considerable amount of time yet, so I might still find some flaws. But so far, so good! I printed it in PLA, any colour will do as it gets hidden inside the chair anyway.
