Hero Me E3D V6 Cooling and Titan Direct Drive for the Eryone Thinker printer

This is an upgrade to my previous Hero Me remix that allows you to use a Titan (clone) extruder mounted as Direct Drive. Unlike many designs, my motor is mounted over the X axis to provide a better weight balance. The assembly is quite easy, you can follow the steps from my Hero Me E3D V6 Cooling for the Eryone Thinker printer. BOM is identical. Assembly is basically the same, you will simply have to add the Titan extruder and motor once the rest is in place. The only difference is that you need to push a small length of bowden PTFE tube all the way through the PC4-M10 pneumatic coupler while it's screwed on the V6 heatsink, and cut it flush with the top of the coupler. Then, the small PC4-M10 adapter will be pushed in place to secure the coupler so that the PTFE tube can't move up, and provide a guide for the filament. I took a few pictures while assembling mine to show some of the steps: you can see the PTFE tube removed from the heatsink after it's been pushed all the way down and cut flush with the coupler. The Titan and motor can be assembled on Base 2 before you put base 2 in place. To put base 2 in place, I first insert its left side diagonally as seen on the next picture, then, the rest goes in place without any constraints. If you already have printed my previous E3D V6 mount and don't want to bother printing the Base 1 again, you can cut the wire guide flush with the top of the rest of the part to provide clearance for the Titan Extruder. Then, print the Base 2 and adapter, and you are good to go. That's how I did it to save some time while prototyping. Next evolution of this design will be to use Bondtech BMG direct drive extruder as soon as mine is delivered.
