UPDATE: I included a super simple spacer for aligning the part fan ducts for Hero Me. The idea is that you put the nozzle through the gap in the center, touch the nozzle to the build plate, and move the ducts so they touch the spacer, then tighten the screws for the ducts. It should put your ducts 1.5mm (ish) up the Z axis from the tip of the nozzle. I know it sill simple, but if it saves somebody 5 minutes then it was worth it. UPDATE: The original version of this model had some material removed for the original Creality plate that didn't need to be removed for the MDD version. With that being said I added (the best I could) material back in at the top of the slot for the MDD plate, hopefully that will aid strength. Also, I just changed over to a E3D V6 using the Hero Me mount and this adapter still lines up the filament path quite well. **************************************************************** This is a simple modification to the original (4790273). The original was designed for the official Creality direct drive plate, this version of the mount is designed for the PrinterMods.com MDD v.1.3 plate with the Hero Me Gen 5 parts associated with the following: OEM Hotend Dual gear extruder (not official Creality, but I think the same form factor) Dual 5015 fans, dual duct The problem with the original was simply that the Creality plate is 3mm thick, the PrinterMods plate is 4mm. You'll have to 'trial and error' your way into a good PTFE tubing fit.
