This is for AL-BMG-AIR from TriangleLab. The extruder cooler mount supports 40mm fan (instead of the stock 30mm fan which is weak) The part cooler duct is remix from Hero Me Gen 5, dual 5015 fan, dual duct. The relative position of the air outlet to the nozzle is the same as in HMG5, so the cooling effect should be similar. I didn't run CFD, tho. You need: Three m3x45 to mount the extruder, instead of the m3x35 comes with AL_BMG_AIR. lots of M3 nuts. Thanks to TriangleLab for providing the CAD files for the extruder, so I can design fans based on that.
