Welp... Here it is... what do you all think? The alternative HEVO belt tensioner... This edition is the 3D printed parts version (laser cut alum will be coming soon) 2018/11/11 Updated with 2 sets of independent belt pully tensioner Just print 2 gear holders (the 2 countersinks must be facing together in the middle) and the backplate Hardware needed: m5 nut and bolts x 2 sets (nylon nut is preferred) m6 t-nuts and bolts x 4 sets (for bolting onto 3030 extrusions) 20 tooth gt2 pullies x 4 long m3 countersink bolts x4 sets (around 16mm+) m3 nuts x4 (1mm+ thick) (nylon preferred) m5 washers x 2 (OD ~10mm) m3 washers / spaces - varies for shimming your gears - dont make it bind! it must have some free play!)
