28//2019: the fusion file for the cariage seesm to have a strange 360 bug that duplicated the model.new new_x_carriage_1.f3d is added This is a compact design combining an e3d titan extruder, a piezo Orion sensor, an e3d v6 hotend, an optical endstop and a part cooling fan. The photo shows the first version that had a different part cooling fan duct. This simpler duct works better. Als the end stop didn't fit (I glued it).I tried to fix this, but haven't printed it out. I added the parts I designed in both fusion360 as well as step format. So you can verify it and change it if needed. All other 3d model can be downloaded from thingiverse or grabcad NOTE: total of this carriage below the x rods is a lot less than the original, so had to increase the height of my bed brackets with 10mm Update 11th June 2018: gave the piezo a bit more free space to reduce false triggers. The fan mount is 1mm thinner now, as is the underside of the motor mount. Update 27th juli 2018 updated fan mount to fit the optical endstop better and even more clearance from the piezo Update 8th spet 2018 added a 50mm fan mount and duct
