Hex bit screwdriver handle

Hex bit screwdriver handle

thingiverse

After losing the hand screwdriver that came with my hex bit set, I designed and printed this basic handle. **It's designed to fit the extension bit pictured. If you don't have one, this handle isn't what you need.** I created it with my own printer's inaccuracies in mind (slightly smaller internal diameters) but think it's standard for most printers. Fresh out of the printer, it fitted the bit perfectly without any filing or sanding and holds it snugly enough to stay put and doesn't pull out when changing bits. Your results may vary. I accidentally printed it with only 20% infill, more is probably better, but it's worked fine for at least six months now with no sign of wear. This is PLA.
