If you have a screwdriver handle for hex bits and want to attach a tool with a 1/4" square fitting then this adapter may be for you. Instructions The one I use myself are printed with nylon and 100% infill for maximum strength but I don't think that is necesary. You probably want to print this with a very thin layer height otherwise you have to do some hardware adjustment (aka sanding or equivalent) to make it fit.
