A guitar pick with a textured hexagon pattern on top. The pattern is split into 2 layers to make it print better on a FDM machine. I have tested this with Cura and Slic3r. I printed this in ABS and it plays nicely. The textured surface really helps with grip. Print Settings Printer: Any Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1mm Infill: None Notes: This must be printed at 0.1mm layer heights. The first layer can be thicker, but must still be a multiple of 0.1mm for the surface pattern to be reproduced correctly. The printer I used has a 0.3mm nozzle, but in theory it should work up to about 0.5mm. Let me know if you have success with other nozzles.
