This item was designed to hold either a phone, or business cards, with a look distinctive of 3D printed items. Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator 2X Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: .2mm Infill: 100% Notes: The model was made so that the total thickness of the model at any point is 1.6mm - exactly four passes with a 0.4mm nozzle. The print was made with 4 shells, so that it was printed using only outlines of the shape. How I Designed This This model was created using Fusion 360. A solid block was made, then a hexagon grid drawn and holes extruded. The shape was drawn on the side of the block and then used to cut out of the large block.
