Hexagon Paper Making Mold

This is my paper hexagon mold. Every part is friction fit. The bottom has a tighter clearance that way it stays on to the main body while the top have a very large clearance allowing for it to move. This was just a quick design I modeled up The process: To start you want a good amount of paper it doesn't matter what kind except that it cant have a plastic coat. This paper would be preferably shredded for it to absorb water more quickly. Next you want to get your self a clean bucket and fill it with the shredded paper and water fill it until the water just reaches the top of the shredded paper. Then stir until it has a pulp like look and feel. Then all you need to do is put in in the mold squeeze out as much water as you an then put it in a vice and compress it all the way. Here is a video that goes over a very similar process and inspired me to make my own design: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ItPfhx3ulw&t=389s. Also here is his thingiverse design https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3912997 Just some things that I do differently then the video is that I used my hands to mix the paper while he used a blender and he also used a bonder like glue while I didn't and I still had pretty good results. Print settings are average: 2.8 layer height and 30% infill for top and bottom while the middle needs 80%.
