Students Construct A Hexagonal Box To Develop Math Skills. The hexagonal box is designed to enhance mathematical reasoning in young students. Project: Hexagonal Box Numbers Overview & Background: Mathematical operations are performed within the box. Objectives: The primary goal of this project is to use the hexagonal shape as a tool for basic math calculations. Audiences: This project targets children aged 7-9 years who are learning early math and trigonometry concepts. Subjects: Mathematics, geometry, trigonometry, logical reasoning, and motor coordination are covered in this project. Skills Learned (Standards): Basic math operations, logical thinking, and fine motor skills are developed through this activity. Lesson/Activity: Students assemble the hexagonal box with mathematical signs and numbers. They then perform calculations by pushing numbers into the box, forming basic math problems. The students open the side of the box to check their answers, promoting correct calculation practices.
