The idea for designing the HexaHive Laptop Stand came after making these new 3D printable speaker stands. I am using a pair of Yamaha HS7 which were taking up too much space on my desk and I wanted to raise them up a bit, so I designed the HexaHive Speaker Stand. The HexaHive Speaker Stand has the following features: Raises the speakers to ear level for better soundstage. Hexagonal base can be used as storage allowing you to reclaim a bit of desk space. It’s sturdy and stable, to hold the speakers securely in place. Wire management openings in the base, to route the cables easily and keep your desk tangle-free. Designed to be compatible with Yamaha HS7 speakers, but you can resize the stand according to your needs. Can be 3D printed with no supports Ready for future upgrades that can be attached to the hexagons. This model is also given away as a Patreon reward on the higher tiers.
