For 1.5" Foam Board. Scale up or down accordingly. You may have to print at a smaller layer height (0.2mm or less) to account for the 60 deg overhang. You can securely attach this to the bottom bracket http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:963040 using super glue. Hopefully this works. I haven't tested it yet.
