I tried both 5mm and 3mm foamboard as skining for the wing, 5mm foam was difficult to bend due to the small radius of curvature for the leading edge of the airfoil. Avoid PLA for the motor mount unless you know the motor temperature will be within reason for the material. I had the Racerstar BR2205 motor melt through its mount in the second video below (but I also had it over proped for more thrust).
