This is a replacement bracket for the roller on a Harbor Freight Dial Caliper. http://www.harborfreight.com/6-inch-dial-caliper-66541.html I had a new classroom set of these this year and 30% of them broke on the first day. I have set out to replace all of them with this bracket, works well in PLA. If your printer is calibrated well, the roller should spin freely in the bracket. Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 100% Post-Printing Use a knife to clean up any protrusions on the faces that hold the Roller. Sanding is ineffective.
