This part was made to replace the part A16 whose doesn't have a sculpted monoeye thus helping other builders of the kit to paint directly at sculpted monoeye without having to rely on stock sticker sheet anymore. The sculpted monoeye was measured from the actual kit sticker sheet, which was around 3.4 mm in diameter.
