Hi-lift Jack Handle Keeper

Hi-lift Jack Handle Keeper

thingiverse

If you have a Hi-Lift jack, you may have noticed that it can rattle something awful as you drive off-road. This clip is designed to hold the jack handle and keep things quiet. If you have a spreader jaw, or attachment point for a chain on your jack, no matter! Unlike the "official" clip, this part does not require that you remove other parts in order to release the handle - simply rotate the clip to release the main beam, then slide the clip off the handle until you need to stow the jack away again. Note: By request, I have also uploaded a few other files designed to work with similar products, like the Harbor Freight "Off-Road Farm Jack". These jacks may have slightly different diameter handles when compared to the Hi-Lift jack (33.6 mm). Using the appropriate file will give a better fit of the part on the handle with less room to rattle. If there is no model with an appropriate handle diameter for your jack, please leave me a comment and I'll generate another one. If you are requesting a new handle size, please measure the handle diameter as accurately as possible, and give me the actual handle measurement. I will oversize the hole slightly to allow the part to move on the handle after accounting for inaccuracies in the printing process.
