HICTOP 3DP-11 Power Supply Cover

I created this power supply cover for my HICTOP 3DP-11 to provide a way to install a standard 3 Pin IEC320 C14 power socket with a power switch. Some other designs only cover the bottom portion of the power supply, but I wanted to test the limits of the large bed on my printer, so I decided to create a full cover. I also included cutouts at the bottom that will accommodate 1/2 inch split loom for the power supply and Z-axis motor cables. Here is a link to the specific power socket I used, but there are several others in the same form factor you can choose from: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01LYMNQ2L I recommend that the part be printed in ABS due to it's ability to withstand higher temperatures. The walls are 2mm thick, so I printed it at 250 microns with 1 mm perimeters, which made it solid. V2 Update: Upper screw holes were in the incorrect location and added additional cooling slots. Print Settings Printer: HICTOP 3DP-11 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 250 microns Infill: Full Notes: Set perimeters to 1 mm to achieve full infill. Since i printed it with ABS, I expanded the first layer by 20 loops to ensure that the corners would stay adhered to the bed during printing. I have PEI over glass on top of my aluminum print bed, so the expanded perimeter and setting the bed temperature to 110C worked great for keeping it stuck down.
