HICTOP/MakerBot MK8/9 Extruder short to Long distance converter

This is a simple thing to convert MK8/9 extruder that comes with HICTOP, MakerBot and many other printers to a long distance extruder. Just print this is ABS or PLA and mount to the motor. This is designed to be mounted to 202 extrude with the motor hanging under. Might work in other configurations, but have not been tried or tested. This is for the right-handed extruder. For left handed it must be mirrored. There is a "mount bracket" included as well, but I did not need to print it since it seems like the two screws and t-nuts on the main part are secure enough to hold everything in place. Just in case somebody is paranoid (like I was) or has a much heavier motor they could print and use the motor mount as well.
