UPDATE March 22/20 Printed a replacement for my printer: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3571659 I noticed the end pivoting up and down on this thing, which causes inaccuracy in the y-axis. This updated design works much better and uses less plastic. _____________________________________________________________ UPDATE September 29/17 Added Y-Axis 2.0 for those that don't want to take apart their frame. Fits snugly over the 2020 aluminum. _____________________________________________________________ Y-Axis Belt Tensioner for the Hictop Prusa i3 20x20 aluminum frame version. Uses existing hardware: -Bolt and Bearing combo -4 m5 nuts -4 m5 x 8mm bolts -2 m3 nuts -2 m3 x 20mm bolts Print Tensioner at 35% or higher, the guides can be as low as 10%, it shouldn't really matter. I would recommend at least 3 outer perimeters on the Tensioner also.
