HICTOP Pursa i3 Power Case

HICTOP Pursa i3 Power Case

I designed this case for the bottom side of the power supply unit to add the functionality of a switch to my printer, so that I would not always have to reach under the desk every time I wanted to turn it off. The holes are designed to hold a rocker switch, as well as a standard IEC 320 C13/C14 power cord (pretty much the standard power cord for any desktop computer). Once all of the wires are connected, the two pegs on the side fit into the existing holes on the side of the power supply and a 3mm screw (like the ones that hold the heat sink fan on) is screwed into the countersunk hole. Update 5/14/2017: I am not sure if the power supplies are the same on newer model HICTOP printers, but this one was designed for the HICTOP 3DP-11-ATL, so make sure before you print it that your power supply will work. It attaches to the power supply be inserting into two holes on the right side of the power supply and the screw replaces one of the screws that holds the circuit board to the power supply casing. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: HICTOP Pursa Mendel i3 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: .1mm Infill: 10% Notes: I added support material for the pegs on the side of the print because Cura decided the overhang was too small to warrant any.
