This concept uses space within the handlebar tube to keep some objects safe (spare key, money, chips, small tools), which mmay have the chance to fall out of a pouch, pockets, saddle bags... Could be used for mountain bikes (I have lost my keys once, not fun), commuter bikes, etc.. Slip-on grips like the one shown already exist. The idea would be to extend it the metal tube under the grip and thread the end. The capsule would then fit into the tube and thread on to the end of the grip. It would blend in and hardly be noticeable.
