I gave the customizable shower head a try. To achieve a wide spray pattern, you'll need to design and print a significantly large object. On this particular head, each orifice is directed outward at an angle, covering your shoulders with water from top to bottom without swaying back and forth. Each port is .175 inches in diameter, printing at approximately .125 inches in size. This shower head uses an enormous amount of water, so make sure you have a sufficient water heater; my wife likes it for washing her hair. Sometimes, designing something yourself takes less time than searching for hours without finding what you want.
