For mock up purposes, I made the high angle misalignment spacers for a typical 1.25"x1" Heim joint rod end bearings. These measure, as a stack, 2.630" mounting width, have a 9/16" bolt hole, and fit in a 1" hole. I'll repeat this again for the TL:DR kinda characters. I expanded the stack height by 0.005" so the brackets easily fit your real spacers once their welded in and ready for installation of the real thing. I am, by no means, an engineer. So any feedback will help! Stack height: 2.630" Bolt hole size: 9/16" or 0.563" Fits: 1" ball opening for 1.25" heim joint rod end. The file only has one spacer, you'll need to print two for a full stack, four for a pair of heims, and 16 for a full 4 link system.
