A 5015 Fan duct designed for the Tevo Tarantula It forms a high velocity high pressure sphere of air around the extruder nozzle for fast and efficient cooling. It allowed me to step down to 85% Fanspeed to reduce noise while increasing the overhang capabillities. I could get up to ~ 80° overhang. In comparison to traditional fang setups this design allows for a center of mass very close to the x-Axis crossbeam, because the fan sits flat above the x-axis carrier. Included are mounting points for cable-ties. I suggest using a temp. resistant filament because the air-nozzles are close to the hotend. In my case I printed it on a MSLA printer to get fine Surface Detail and temp resistance with this build. For FDM Printers I would suggest printing it in an orientation where the Fan-Inlet is touching the Build-plate and use supports underneath.(Cura Tree Support) With 3 top/bottom layers and 2 Wall layers the radii should allow for a clean print if you can print around 70° overhang
