This model was created using SketchUp in 2017 and can be exported to FBX, 3DS Max, and DWG formats. V-Ray 3.4 and Lumion 8.3 were used for rendering with photo reference as the modeling guide. The material textures are available in the texture.rar file, but street lights are not included. In SketchUp, there were 151 groups, 66 instances, 6139 faces, 170 edges, 1 camera, 15 materials, and 6 textures. Upon exporting to FBX, there were 14494 faces, 14 materials, 6 textures. Lastly, when exported to 3DS, there were 23284 triangles, 170 edges, 1 camera, 15 materials, and 6 textures.
