My tiny house has modern and traditional aspects to its design and it is created from many recyclable, and renewable materials. The exterior is made of wood with glass windows. The wood exterior gives the house the traditional element and a more elegant finish. The extended back of the house gives the customer more usable space as it creates more space on the porch and for the back of the house compared to other tiny houses. The siding of the porch is made of privacy glass which is recyclable and it provides additional sunlight for the home without losing privacy. The kitchen appliances are made of stainless steel which keeps them looking new and provides an appealing aesthetic to the appliances. The bathtub is made from acrylic plastic which allows the tub to be insulated well and the water does not cool as fast, and using plastic makes the tub lightweight and it does not chip easily. All the walls are insulated with fiberglass insulation which meets the R-12 value as it has a greater insulating power, and keeps rooms warm in winter and cool in the summer and increases energy efficiency. Fiberglass insulation also does not pose a fire hazard which makes it safer for the home and it is significantly cheap as well. My house is meant to be lived in and it has standard features which provides the customer convince, comfort and enjoyment in their daily life.
