Remember, scream the name of your terrorist organization when you attack, that way the enemy knows who brought this chaos... One really has to wonder, what kind of universe does GI Joe happen in where terrorist organizations are so plentiful that COBRA is worried they might not be recognized... so here I've crafted a HISS tank inspired by the "War on Cobra" app/game and Jabberwock's designs... Alas, the V2 and V1 designs used parts from people who don't want remixes, so I had to rebuild large parts of the design for this version.
