This is a model of a Abracon Voltage Controlled, Temperature Compensated, Crystal Oscillator (VCTCXO) that has a frequency stability of +/- 50 Parts Per Billion (PPB). There are also +/- 100 PPB , +/- 280 PPB, and +/- 2.5 PPM parts available in the same case size for options.This is the Abracon AST3TQ53 series of parts with a '5032' case size (5.0 x 3.2 mm).The accuracy of this oscillator is such that there are 20x more stable than a 1 Parts Per Million (PPM). To give context, a standard crystal is typically about +/- 50 PPM, so this crystal is 50 * 20 = 1,000 times more stable !!This is important for frequency responses that cannot tolerate inaccuracy for clocks and frequency control.
