The documentation of the High Street Wall in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia was undertaken by the Historic American Landscapes Survey (HALS) of the Heritage Documentation Programs (HDP) division of the National Park Service (NPS), Richard O’Connor, Chief. The project was sponsored by the Historic Preservation Training Center (HPTC), NPS, Moss Rudley, Superintendent. Project planning was coordinated by Paul Dolinsky, Chief, HALS; and by Gary Zbel, Supervisory Exhibits Specialist, HPTC. The field work was undertaken by HDP Architects Dana Lockett, Ryan Pierce, and Mark Schara.
