High Strength Hanging Loop

This is a high strength hanging loop that I designed for general use. It features 2 4mm holes with a 2mm chamfer to allow for the use of drywall screws and other countersunk head screws. In the application pictured I've added some to my basement laundry room for hanging garments to dry. Print Settings Printer: Tygrin Engineering Deltabot Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .1mm Infill: 100% Notes: This hanging loop was designed to be printed out of a high strength material. In the case pictured it was printed out of Taulman Nylon 645B (Bridge) at 100% infill. The material was printed at 245C on 45C glass with a coat of PVA glue. In this form the loop is incredibly strong when mounted to a stud. I tested the resulting product to 80lbs of hung weight without any deformation, delamination, or worrisome creaking.
