High-way is a concept vehicle inspired by drones. We can't fly in the cities and probably not yet in 2040 either...so we need to get out of the downtown to the highways - to use them also as runways. Rimless wheels have rotor blades inside of them. On the highway wheels turns slowly horizontal while the blades pushes the vehicle in the air.
