I've been having major issues with my phone staying connected over Bluetooth to my player in my 2011 Highlander after upgrading to Android Oreo. Years ago I picked up a tablet from my cellular provider with 2GB of data per month, so I decided to use this with an SD Card capable of holding all my music to connect to the head unit. This in conjunction with my preferred navigation app would give me a larger display and not drop the connection every time the track changed. This is designed to use the slot on the CD Player (I just don't use them in my car). It covers the display on the head unit, but I have everything visible on the tablet anyway. The two holes in the top are to add some monofiliment fishing line to help anchor it in place. Not really a fan of damaging the fascia, I wanted something easily removable that left everything else stock. I also added a small piece of foam glued to the back to protect from plastic to plastic contact. No rattling allowed.
