In my opinion, the mellow sunrise extruder is currently one of the best extruders. it is both light and stable and suitable for continuous printing. the heat dissipation of the heatbreak and LDO motor work very well via the aluminium construction. Unfortunately, I have hardly found any suitable fan ducts for the Mellow Sunrise extruder. I am a big fan of the Youtuber Vez3D and think his focused fan duct for his EVA style printhead is very intelligently designed. I have tried to design a duct that is extremely light and at the same time extremely effective for very fast printing with a 5015 fan. I use the Sunrise extruder in combination with a Volcano copper heatblock and a Micro Swiss 0.6mm Volcano nozzle and have achieved excellent printing results. I also added a Backplate to reduce Vibrations.
