-Based on existing on the shelf hinge but improved by adding a spring inside the pivot area, -3D printing *It has enough space between the wall, spring and the rod that holds it together. even if your print it as a whole the spring will function properly. -Advance manufacturing * The design has 3 major parts that can me made easily, (the 2 wings, the rod and the 2 springs). * The 2 wings (27x75mm) has a specially made hole as inserting of the rod from the top to bottom. Hole on the left wing for spring insertion * The rod (6mmØ) has a small wing on its side, this will hold the right wing of the hinge in place. The slot on the top is for the holder of the spring, this will help the hinge to retract when folded. * The Blue cap can be made from plastic or a rubber, this will be the cover of the spring entrance. top and bottom part. * The spring dimension is 2mmØ bend as shown, ends where inserted in the left wing other is the the rod.
