Hinge for Customizable Profile System

This hinge is designed to hold a plate no thicker than 2mm in between the hinge and the profile, as shown by the blue markings on the edges. My suggestion is to make it work by inserting a metal rod with a 2mm diameter that is just a bit shorter than the hinge itself. When you insert the rod, close the hole by holding the part under your extruder or using friction to secure it in place. Instructions Have not yet been printed or tested; however, they should be printable if supports are used. The layout of the model means that the number of supports required should be minimized as much as possible.
