Hinge for Kywoo Tycoon Cover

This is a hinge for the Kywoo Tycoon Cover. I didn't know, what to do with the cover, when I wanted to do anything inside the building room. Put it on the floor, carry it to a table nearby or anywhere,. So I created this hinge to simple fold it up, fix it whit a wire and fold back. As wire I used a piece of wire it is used with oxyfuel welding.with a diameter of 4mm. I also upload a file (Hinge 3), where this wire is printed, but I don't recommend to use this part, a solid wire is more stable. You have to print the two parts (Hinge 1 and Hinge 2) one time normal and a second mirrored (do it in the slicer). The screw is inserted in the part "Hinge Screw", you have to pause the print to insert it. I have printed the screw part with fuzzy skin to get a better grip while screwing. The srew is a M4 x 20mm hex head, you need 2 pieces of course. In the frame I used 2 x 4mm hammerhead nuts. To hold the cover in open position I used two ring screws (Eyebolt? sorry for my bad english) with hammerhead nuts and a thin wire with a diameter of 2mm, also from oxyfuel welding, Bend the ends up a little, so you can hang up the cover very easily.
