Hinge Pin Caps for Photographic Sweep Stand

These hinge pin caps can be printed quickly and glued in place with CA glue to hold in the filament, or whatever material you use, for hinge pins in HPaul's design. These are only the hinge pin caps. For HPaul's actual Photographic Sweep Stand, see: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3638751 These caps use ~4-5g of filament, depending on your print settings. This design was inspired by various comments to HPPaul's design, which mentioned various ways to fix or melt the filament hinge pins in place. There are two benefits to using these end caps. First, you can use metal wire or rod for a more durable hinge. Second, the outside hinge cap on the base is large enough that it provides additional strength and rigidity at that location, but does not get in the way of the paper sweep. Check out HPaul's design; it works great. In fact, I was able to take the attached printed and assembled photo of the right stand, using just the left stand holding the paper. It held the paper well. NOTE: there is a small notch or dimple on the arm hinge caps so that you know what edge goes against the arm. There are a full set of caps in the single object file. An equal quantity of mirror image caps are provided in case one side of the print is better than the other from your printer.
