HingeBox

[SUMMARY] This innovative 3D printable storage container prints as a single unit, complete with a cover and box featuring a functioning hinge. Its compact design makes it stackable both when filled and empty. Due to its challenging print requirements, ensure your settings are precisely calibrated before attempting this project. [BOX SIZE] The box measures approximately 60x60x60mm in size, with tapered sides, and has a holding volume of around 150cm^3. [POST PRINT PROCESS] Printing is straightforward; simply remove the built-in support from the cover, and your storage container is ready for use. [DONATIONS] If this design significantly improves your daily life, consider supporting its creator by sending a small donation. Click the "TIP DESIGNER" link to contribute. Print Settings Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 0% [RECOMMENDED SETTINGS] For optimal results, print with 0% infill and specify wall thickness of approximately 1.2mm for both top and bottom layers, as well as the walls themselves. I created this design to meet my own needs for storing small electronics components. Frustrated by the lack of suitable containers on the market, I decided to design one that would be both functional and challenging to model. The result is a fully printable storage box that can be stacked, eliminating the need for assembly.
